Human Resource Management
We consider the selection of employees to be a critical factor to the delivery of quality service; therefore, a lot of effort has been placed on human resource management. Analyses done on the security industry has underscored the need for intense, professional training as well as good customer service practices integrated with sound effective management and supervision techniques to deliver “Top Class” services.
Recruitment
Having regards for superior customer service, our security officers are carefully selected ensuring that they have the requisite educational background, positive attitude to work and the ability to be trained. All prospective employees are required to complete an employee application form, medical questionnaire and to pass an aptitude and proficiency test.
Background checks are being done by the top police department including fingerprinting to provide the company with a police certificate of character. The employee file is then sent to the Private Security Regulation Authority (PSRA) for registration.
Training
Our knowledge of the security industry is that it is continuously changing and therefore training is an integral component to our operations.
We have implemented structured, on-going training courses at all levels to include supervisors, armed personnel and unarmed personnel. Our armed guards are properly trained in the use of firearm by a certified professional registered with the Firearm License Authority.

Supervision and Inspection
Superior Supervisory Management is central to the development of our staff as supervisors are the essential link between security officers and management. At each location, guards provide site management with daily updates on their observations. These observations pertain to breaches in security, weaknesses in systems or potential threats to the security and safety of the overall functionality of the facility.
In addition, the General Manager in charge of Operations, the C.E.O, and other senior managers will make unannounced inspections to ensure that all operational protocols are observed on each location.
